Good morning surfers. The surf is about the same size as yesterday but a little cleaner. The waves are in the knee high range with light offshore winds. Looks fun for a longboard with some patience. It looks like there might be some potential for the weekend for the surf to come up a foot or two like last weekend. If it does I will be here to let you know. Have a great day.

Surf Report New Smyrna Beach 7/29 @ 7:00 a.m.

Good morning surfers. The surf has dropped since yesterday by half a foot or so, looking like summer time. The "waves" are in the knee high range for the beach with moderate off shore winds leaving mostly clean conditions. The waves that are breaking are breaking very close to shore making for shallow surfing. There is a wave for the long board, it is just very tiny. Have a great day.

Surf Report New Smyrna Beach 7/22 @ 7:30 a.m.

Good morning friends. The surf is in the knee high range this morning, looking fun for a long board. The wind is offshore and light making for clean conditions. The only problem is the waves are breaking in shin deep water. If you need a fix you can get one just be extra careful on the dismount.
There won't be another post until Tuesday as I am off for the weekend. It looks like we might see a slight bump Sunday afternoon and in to Monday. The problem with forecasts is that they are not reliable. Have a great weekend.

Off For the Day

Good morning everyone. As summer time hits and we see the few days of unrideable surf, it is important to do other things. As surfing addicts (myself included) we often push things to the side when we have waves, therefor summer is a great time to do those things that have been pushed aside. I am off with my sons to universal today so there will be no report.
This report is an eye witness account of what I see in the ocean every morning and if I am not here to see it I can't report it. I could guess or put up a forecast from another site but then i would just be another lying douche. I do predict tiny whale farts for surf this morning. I will have a fresh report for you all tomorrow. Have a great day.

Stay positive and in shape eventually the waves will return to us. There is some potential for next monday, but we will see. Have a great day.

Surf Report New Smyrna Beach 7/21 @ 9:00 a.m

Good morning everyone. The struggle is real. The lake of the atlantic has returned to doom all surfers in florida. Some say we are addicted to surfing, if this is true are dealer is dry and we must suffer through. It is suppose to get smaller ( as if thats possible) over the next day or so before returning to long board waves for the weekend. Have a great day.

Surf Report New Smyrna Beach 7/11 @ 8:00 a.m.

Good morning everyone. There is a little wave out there this morning for the long board, even with the out going tide. The wind is light offshore making for clean conditions. Later as the tide pushes in we might see a small bump, but it is ok right now for the big equipment.
The waves are in the knee high range, breaking pretty close to the shore. The forecast for the week does not look good as it drops significantly. Grab a long board and catch yourself a small wave today before another flat spell drives us all crazy. Have a great day.
