If you are looking to hit the beach(not the Inlet) in New Smyrna for an uncrowded set and get some waves, you have no way to check it. Enter this blog. I am up early every day taking my son to school and always stop and check the surf around 3rd ave.and normally take a picture. I am dedicating myself to you the surfer and this blog. I will post that picture here along with what i see. I may give updates through out the day as well if there is significant change in the waves. Hope it helps.

8/22 @ 5:20 a.m.

Good morning friends and thank you my loyal followers for checking my report. I am sorry but there will not be a report this morning as I am off to deltona for my sons first football game. The forecasts were calling for flat conditions today. If I see a good wave when I return this afternoon I will post. Have a great day, see you tomorrow.
